Our world is going through a revolution.

It is called the 4th Industrial Revolution.

This might not sound like something particularly special, but our world is changing – fast!  Artificial intelligence, machine learning, drones, 3D printing, chatbots that can write entire essays that sound exactly like a human being…

This new setup of society is changing life for everyone.  Everything from how we do business, grow and consume our food, and learn to how our careers will work, how family structures are put together, and how we communicate.  We’ve written a book about this if you want to check it out – https://futuremirrors.net.

Rescript Consulting, Coaching (and Psych) were born out of a need for sudden and rapid change. One of the most dramatic changes in anybody’s life is when you realize that you must radically reinvent yourself.

Change is notoriously difficult because the human brain goes against change.

Why? It takes so much more energy to reinvent yourself or your organisation. The brain would rather take the routes that it already knows.

Who wants to build a new road, if the old one still serves the purpose?

…but what happens if the tried and tested routes no longer work?

The 4th Industrial Revolution will soon challenge not just roads, but our society’s entire infrastructure.
